4. Orders, Contract, and Payment

  • Order as an Offer: Your order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. It does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

  • Acceptance of Order: A contract of sale is formed between you and Allure Vestige only when we dispatch the product to you and send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.

  • Payment: By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges in full for the purchases you make.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Title

Our shipping and delivery procedures are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • International Shipment: You acknowledge and agree that your items will be shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners.

  • Importer of Record: You are the importer of record for the items purchased. As such, you are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by your country of destination. Allure Vestige does not collect these fees and is not responsible for them. We strongly advise contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.

  • Title and Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns process is governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to request a return. Please review the policy in full for eligibility, conditions, and the correct return procedure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and the "Allure Vestige" name and mark, is the exclusive property of Allure Vestige or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
