3. The item I want is out of stock. What now? On the page of the sold-out product, you will find a "Notify me when available" option. Simply register your email address, and you will be the first to know when the item is back in stock.
Shipping & Delivery
1. What are the shipping costs and delivery times? Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your destination within Europe. You can calculate the exact cost and view the delivery timeframe at checkout before completing your purchase. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure a reliable and timely delivery.

3. Is the packaging discreet? Yes. We value both excellence and privacy. Your order will be shipped in an elegant, neutral-branded box, ensuring the contents remain private.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy? In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return an item for any reason. The 14-day period begins the day you receive your order. 2. Are there any items that cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging, with no signs of use. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
3. What if I receive a faulty item? We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you identify a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately via email at contact@allurevestige.com or through WhatsApp. Kindly provide a photo of the fault so we can resolve the issue with the highest priority.
