Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment

At Allure Vestige, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have designed our returns policy to be clear, fair, and in full compliance with European consumer protection regulations.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return. Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU law, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original, "as-new" condition.

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.

  • All original tags and labels must be securely attached as they were received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions or shows any signs of wear (such as creases, stains, or odours).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene)

For hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. This includes items such as thermal base layers or any products sold as underwear.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our Customer Care team at contact@allurevestige.com within the 14-day window.

  2. Provide Details: Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.

  3. Await Authorisation: Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the European return shipping address.

    • Please do not send items back to the original shipping address (from our manufacturing partner). We will not be able to process your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

  • Original shipping fees (if paid on your order) are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our European return centre, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • If the return is rejected (e.g., the item is worn or damaged), we will contact you to discuss the options.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Due to our direct-from-manufacturer shipping model, a new item cannot be dispatched until a new order is placed. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow these two steps:

  1. Follow the return procedure above to send back the original item for a full refund.

  2. Place a new, separate order for the desired item at your convenience.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team immediately (within 72 hours of receipt).

  • Please provide your Order Number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • If the fault is confirmed, we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
